« Free parking, staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean but rundown. The common areas of the hotel are terribly dirty and disgusting. The carpets all need removed and updated. Just not what we have experienced at other Bally properties. The casino is clean and carpets are newer and well maintained. The sports bar in the casino has great food and service. If you are going to gamble, I recommend this casino, but I would not stay at this hotel again. »

« The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for. »

« We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. « We got in at 11pm at night and was not expecting a motel style stay. The person checking us in was pleasant at the beginning but then quickly made a rude remark to my son. He is 4 and exhausted from being in holiday world all afternoon and didnt say hello. The man then made a comment of, "oh, he's never seen a foreigner before." « We just needed a place to stay as we passed through. This was a great place! Very peaceful, rooms and lobby were super clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while (including bacon which is getting rare!). I would definitely stay here again. »

« Chose this hotel because it was close to a nearby town. I saw the outside and thought, "It's ok, it's only two nights. I've stayed in a similar place and the room is a clean refuge from a seedy outside." Nope. I took my stuff and stayed at my brother's house. « This hotel is clean but terribly dated. Rooms don’t have enough outlets for charging modern devices. Linens are clean but looking kind of shabby, as are the floors. The Christmas theme decor is looking faded and dusty. Won’t stay here agin. »
